A. We are sorry. Since there is no storage place, we can not accept your baggage before arrival. Please arrange for yourself to be accepted after check-in.
A. In the case of cancellation by your self, you will be charged 50% of your lodging fees from one week before to the previous day, 100% on the day. In the case of no-show, we would not refund your payment.
A. There is no parking lot dedicated to the hotel. Please use nearby coin parking.
A. It is not. Bicycle parking on nearby roads is a nuisance to neighboring people, so please do not do it.
A. All rooms are non-smoking in all areas, including the balcony and the hotel shared area. Special cleaning fee may be charged if smoking in the room becomes obvious. Also, as it will cause inconvenience to neighboring residents, smoking around our hotel is also strictly prohibited.
A. There is no curfew in particular. Admission is possible at any time during the period when the entrance number is valid. When returning to late night, please consider local residents and other customers.

Yes. It is possible. We have set up a check-out list near the reception, please enter your name and room number before leaving.
It would not be served. Please use convenience store one minute on foot or neighboring restaurant. There is McDonald's in 1 minute on foot.
There is no shuttle bus to Haneda airport from our hotel. Please use trains (5 mins. walk to the Ootorii Sta, only 8 mins. ride from there to the Haneda Airport), buses, taxis and so on.
In the case of consecutive nights, cleaning will not be entered during your stay. If cleaning is necessary, we will prepare lending cleaning tool in the laundry room on the 1st floor.Also, we have a washing machine and a dryer (charged) at the 1st Flr. , so please use it too.

There is a garbage collection room on the 1st floor, please use it. We ask for cooperation in sorting when garbage is thrown away.
The hotel does not have a safety deposit box. Please manage your valuables yourself. We won’t bear any responsibility in the case of theft or loss.
Slippers, Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, box tissue, toothbrush and paste, room deodorant and various size of towels are available. We do not have pajamas, hair brushes, razors etc, so please prepare yourself.
Basically it is impossible to stay over the room capacity. Younger children can stay together if they can sleep in the same bed. Please note that we won’t provide installation of extra beds.
In case of confirming the theft, damage, etc. of the guest room and common area furnishings, we will charge actual expenses.
We may refuse future accommodation if we do acts which become extremely troublesome to neighboring residents and other customers. If there are people who are worried, please offer to the reception desk.
